摘　　要：建筑节能的重点在于既有建筑改造,可再生能源的利用已经成为我国建筑发展的重点领域。通过问卷调研的方式进行统计,建设于2000年左右的住区建筑普遍性较强,具有代表性;利用仿真模拟的研究方法分析该年代典型既有建筑的太阳能利用潜力,为既有住区建筑改造相关研究提供参考。The focus of building energy conservation lies in the transformation of existing buildings,and the use of renewable energy has become a key area of China's building development.According to the statistics through questionnaire survey,the residential buildings built around 2000 are more common and representative.The research method of simulation was used to analyze the solar energy utilization potential of typical existing buildings in this era,and provide reference for the research on the renovation of existing residential buildings.
