摘 要:介绍带空气回热器的闭式热泵干衣机的工作原理,并对系统的干燥速率和节能效果进行测定。在35 Hz、40 Hz、45 Hz和50 Hz共4种不同风机频率下,对应4种不同风量,通过改变电子膨胀阀的开度为15%、20%、23%和25%,对系统性能变化进行试验分析。结果显示:干燥系统的单位时间除水量(MER)随风量的增大而增大,随电子膨胀阀开度的增大而增大,干燥系统的单位能耗除湿量(SMER)随风量的增大而增大,随电子膨胀阀开度增大存在峰值变化;热泵系统的制热量随风量的增大明显增大,随电子膨胀阀开度的影响不明显,制热效率(COP)随风量和电子膨胀阀开度增大而增大。综合考虑选取风机频率调节为50 Hz、风量为2868 m^(3)/h、电子膨胀阀调节开度为25%,SMER为0.95 kg/kWh,COP为5.23,整个系统干燥时间短,节能效果好,适合应用于干衣领域。Introducing the working principle of closed heat pump dryer with air regenerator,and measuring the drying rate and energy-saving effect of the system.Four fan frequencies correspond to different air volumes at 35 Hz,40 Hz,45 Hz,and 50 Hz.The opening of electronic expansion valve was changed by 15%,20%,23%and 25%,and the system performance was analyzed experimentally.The results show that the greater the air volume of the drying system,the greater MER.The higher opening of electronic expansion valve leads to the rise of MER.The higher opening of electronic expansion valve leads to the rise of MER.There is a peak change in SMER when the opening of electronic expansion valve increases.The greater the air volume will increase the heat of the heat pump system.The heating capacity is not obviously affected by the opening of electronic expansion valve.The COP increases with the rise of air volume and the opening of electronic expansion valve.Considering comprehensively,the fan frequency is selected as 50 Hz,and the air volume is 2868 m^(3)/h,the electronic expansion valve opening is 25%,SMER is 0.95 kg/kWh,and COP is 5.23.The whole system has short drying time and energy saving,which is suitable for drying clothes.
