摘 要:【目的】地下矿山测量一直以来都是矿山测量的重点和难点,而传统测量技术效率较低,已无法满足现代地下矿山监测的需求,将新技术应用到地下矿山监测中,从而提高生产效率。【方法】本研究利用GeoSLAM Horizon扫描仪,以霍邱县张庄铁矿某矿段为试验区,对地下矿山巷道进行测量。【结果】运用SLAM技术可快速构建地下巷道模型,且模型整体平滑美观,能准确反映各巷道的走向,且在巷道拐弯和连接处模型表达准确,不存在异常扭曲和变形的情况。根据模型可快速生产巷道轮廓线,所得结果均能导入CAD软件中进行数据分析。【结论】GeoSLAM技术在地下矿山测量中具有效果好、测量精度高的优点,能大幅度提高地下矿山监测的生产效率。[Purposes]Underground mine survey has always been the focus and difficulty of mine survey.However,the efficiency of traditional survey technology is low,which can not meet the needs of modern underground mine monitoring.New technology is applied to underground mine monitoring to improve production efficiency.[Methods]In this study,GeoSLAM Horizon scanner was used to measure the underground mine roadway in a mine section of Zhangzhuang Iron Mine in Huoqiu County.[Findings]The research results show that the SLAM technology can quickly construct the underground roadway model that is smooth and beautiful as a whole,which can accurately reflect the trend of each roadway,and the expression is accurate at the corners and joints of the roadway without abnormal distortion and deformation.According to the model,the roadway contour line can be quickly produced,and the results can be imported into CAD software for data analysis.[Conclusions]GeoSLAM technology has the advantages of good performance and high measurement accuracy in underground mine survey,which can greatly improve the production efficiency of underground mine monitoring.
