摘  要:【目的】为了解决卷烟生产过程中烟丝填充值指标检测效率低的问题,本研究基于烟草行业的检测标准设计开发出一个烟丝填充值的快速测量系统。【方法】运用系统集成的自动化设计方法,对该指标在检测过程中需要人员参与的单元工步进行分析、研究和创新性设计。【结果】开发出烟丝自动分样柔性处理、旋转盘工位变换、样品施压检测和自动退料等机械机构单元,可实现对该指标在检测过程中的自动分样填装、自动重量参数计量、自动烟丝施压检测和自动退料等功能,能显著减少检测过程中的人员参与度。【结论】以河南中烟公司生产的某品牌烟丝为测试对象,通过与Burghart公司的DD60A填充值测试仪的测试结果进行比对,发现二者的检测结果没有显著差异,且前者的检测效率显著提高。[Purposes]In order to solve the problem of low detection efficiency of cut tobacco filling value index in cigarette production process,a rapid measurement system of cut tobacco filling value was designed and developed based on the detection standard of tobacco industry.[Methods]By using the automatic design method of system integration,the unit steps that need personnel to participate in the detection process are analyzed,studied and designed in an innovative way.[Findings]Through the development of mechanical mechanism units such as tobacco automatic sampling flexible processing,rotating disc station transformation,sample pressure detection and automatic material withdrawal,the functions of automatic sample filling,automatic weight parameter measurement,automatic tobacco pressure detection and automatic material withdrawal in the detection process can be realized,which can significantly reduce the personnel participation in the detection process.[Conclusions]In this study,a brand of tobacco produced by Henan Tobacco Company was used as the test object.By comparing with the test results of the DD60A filling value tester of Burghart Company,it was found that there was no significant difference between the two test results,and the detection efficiency of the former was significantly improved.
