摘　　要：【目的】针对目前电梯载荷试验效率不高、劳动强度大等问题,提出一种更便捷的电梯载荷试验车检测方法。【方法】通过载荷试验车,将水箱、水砝码、进水、回水管路、盘管器、电动机、控制装置等试验设备进行有效整合,从而形成一个完整的检验检测设备。【结果】研究发现,该试验车可对95%以上的在用曳引式乘客、载货电梯开展1.25倍载荷试验,使用水砝码来代替目前电梯检验检测载荷试验中所用的金属砝码,基本上可解决现有电梯载荷试验检验技术中存在的弊端和问题。【结论】电梯载荷试验车的研发及投入,可对检验技术和方法进行改进,具有较高的推广价值和实用意义。[Purposes]Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity of elevator load test,a more convenient detection method of elevator load test vehicle is proposed.[Methods]Through the load test vehicle,the water tank,water weight,water inlet,return water pipeline,coil,motor,control device and other test equipment were effectively integrated to form a complete inspection and testing equipment.[Findings]The study found that the test vehicle can carry out 1.25 times load test on more than 95%of the traction passengers and cargo elevators in use,and use water weights to replace the metal weights used in the current elevator inspection and detection load test,which can basically solve the drawbacks and problems existing in the existing elevator load test inspection technology.[Conclusions]The development and investment of the elevator load test vehicle can improve the inspection technology and method,and has high popularization value and practical significance.
