公路隧道缺陷检测及其对隧道结构安全性影响分析

摘  要:【目的】随着我国公路事业的不断发展,大量公路隧道正在规划和建设,需要进行公路隧道缺陷检测和结构安全性影响分析。【方法】通过对大量新建公路隧道的无损检测,得到了二衬常见的质量缺陷分布规律,运用基于平面应变原理的“地层-结构”法开展数值分析,得到了缺陷状态下二衬结构的安全性状态。【结果】研究结果表明:二衬厚度不足和二衬背后脱空是最常见的衬砌缺陷。二衬厚度不足会导致缺陷部位二衬结构的安全性显著降低;二衬背后脱空易导致隧道全断面安全性降低,此时二衬易发生受拉损伤。【结论】研究成果可为公路隧道的检测和安全性分析提供参考。[Purposes]With the continuous development of our country highway enterprise,a large number of highway tunnel are planning or construction.[Methods]Based on a large number of new road tunnel nondestructive tests,the distribution of the common quality defects of secondary lining was obtained,and based on principle of plane strain using the stratigraphic structure method for numerical analysis,the security state of secondary lining structure under the defects state was obtained.[Findings]The results show that the most common lining defects are the insufficient thickness of the secondary lining and the backside of the secondary lining.The safety of the secondary lining structure at the defect site will be significantly reduced if the thickness of the secondary lining is insufficient.It is easy to reduce the safety of the whole section of the tunnel when the backside of the secondary lining is empty,and the secondary lining is prone to tensile damage.[Conclusions]The research results can provide reference for highway tunnel detection and safety analysis.
