基于数字化转型推动黑龙江省装备制造业信息化发展策略

摘　　要：【目的】为加快推动中国装备制造业发展进程,解决数字化制造不充分、智能化制造不全面、创新性不足的问题。【方法】以黑龙江省装备制造业为分析对象,采用对比法,对比省内外数字化转型特点,借鉴有关省份两化融合措施,借此寻找黑龙江省突破方向,分析缺失要素,并采用文献法对近期政策扶持及有关文章进行梳理分析。【结果】在我国经济国际化迅速发展以及全球制造业提升背景下,我国装备制造业水平得到了全新的升级与发展,东北地区具备良好的装备制造业发展基础,兼有国家政策大力扶持,利用数字化转型探究东北地区装备制造业信息化发展具有重大理论及现实意义。【结论】数字化制造将极大推动装备制造业高速发展,促进产业升级,基于数字化的信息化进程将打破技术壁垒,推动全产业链整合。[Purposes]In order to accelerate the development of China's equipment manufacturing industry and solve the problems of insufficient digital manufacturing,incomplete intelligent manufacturing and insufficient innovation.[Methods]This study takes the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province as the analysis object,adopts the comparative method,compares the characteristics of digital transformation inside and outside the province,and draws on the integration measures of the two provinces,so as to find the breakthrough direction of Heilongjiang Province,analyze the missing elements,and use the literature method to analyze the recent policy support and related articles.[Findings]Under the background of the rapid development of China's economic internationalization and the improvement of global manufacturing industry,the level of China's equipment manufacturing industry has been upgraded and developed.The northeast region has a good foundation for the development of equipment manufacturing industry,and has strong support from national policies.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the informatization development of equipment manufacturing industry in northeast China by digital transformation.[Conclusions]Digital manufacturing will greatly promote the rapid development of equipment manufacturing industry and promote industrial upgrading.The informatization process based on digitization will break the technical barriers and promote the integration of the whole industrial chain.
