摘 要:高含油餐厨垃圾具有高负荷、高产气、易积累油脂的特点,为探究高含油餐厨垃圾厌氧消化的最佳有机负荷(OLR)及油脂积累恶化条件下的有效除油方法,以剩余污泥为接种物、餐厨垃圾为原料,启动中温湿式厌氧消化。系统油脂积累后,从活性炭、氯化钙、膨润土中优选出脱除长链脂肪酸(LCFAs)的添加剂,协同脂肪酶降解餐厨油脂并解除中间产物LCFAs的抑制作用。结果表明,高含油餐厨垃圾中温厌氧消化系统最佳OLR为4.54 g/(L·d)(VS),此时产气率为3.878 L/(L·d),甲烷产量为565.6 mL/g(VS),脂肪酶是脱除LCFAs的最佳添加剂,和氯化钙可协同脱除LCFAs并解除系统内的油脂积累。High-oil-containing kitchen waste has the characteristics of high load,high gas production,and easy accumulation of oil.In order to explore the optimal organic load rate(OLR)of anaerobic digestion of high-oil food waste,the medium temperature and wet anaerobic digestion was started with excess sludge as inoculum and food waste as raw material.When oil is accumulated in the system,the additives for removing long-chain fatty acids(LGFAs)are selected from activated carbon,calcium chloride and bentonite,and synergistic lipase degrades kitchen oil and relieves the inhibition of intennediate product LCFAs.Ways to maintain system stability.The research results show that the optimal OLR of the system is 4.54 g/(L·d)(VS),the volumetric gas production rate is 3.878 L/(L·d),and the methane production rate is 565.6 mL/g(VS),And the rapid start-up method of anaerobic digestion in the experiment and the method of using lipase and calcium chloride to effectively remove oil and degrade LCFAs simultaneously can be used for provide a reference for the start,operation and commissioning of the high-oil food waste treatment project.
