摘  要:工程现场压力参数测试、校准时,存在被校对象多、量程范围不同等实际情况,不能对多个被校对象同时进行校准。这会浪费大量人力物力。设计了一种多量程并行输出自动标准压力发生器,克服了目前市场上的多通道控制器采用更换模块方式只能单一通道输出压力的弊端。仪器操作简单、体积小、重量轻,能够实现气体压力参数现场校准中多个压力被校对象的同时校准,以及对不同压力量程的多个压力被校对象的校准。该设计为各种不同量程的压力参数的同步现场校准提供了条件和保障,大大节省了校准时间和人力成本。When testing and calibrating pressure parameters at engineering sites,there are many objects to be calibrated,different ranges and other practical situations,and it is impossible to calibrate multiple objects at the same time.It will waste a lot of manpower and material resources.The multi-range parallel output automatic standard pressure generator is designed,which can overcome the drawbacks of the current multi-channel controller on the market that can only output pressure in a single channel by replacing the module.The instrument is simple to operate,small and light in weight,and can realize the simultaneous calibration of multiple pressure calibrated objects in the field calibration of gas pressure parameters,as well as the calibration of multiple pressure calibrated objects with different pressure ranges.The design provides conditions and guarantees for simultaneous field calibration of various pressure parameters with different ranges,which greatly saves calibration time and labor costs.
