摘  要:控制器局域网(CAN)最初为汽车应用设计的数字协议,现在已经广泛应用于楼宇自动化、机械制造、安全监控、汽车工业、航空工业等领域。目前,国内尚未有油气开发领域水下控制系统CAN总线技术应用的规范。通过对CAN总线物理层、CAN-open协议的研究,结合道路汽车领域的ISO 11898和CAN-open的CAN-in-Automation(CiA)系列规范,探讨了在深水油气开发领域典型水下采气树CAN总线数据监测的工程设计方法,提出了水下控制系统中CAN总线完整的技术方案。该方案包括速率选择、接口界面、拓扑、线缆类型、数据协议等。随着水下控制系统国产化步伐加快,深入研究并掌握CAN技术,为水下电子模块国产化提供了嵌入式开发的技术方向,可对深水监测仪表及水下控制模块国产化研究的顺利进行起到促进作用。Originally designed as a digital protocol for automotive applications,the controller area network(CAN)has been widely used in building automation,mechanical engineering,security monitoring,the automotive industry,the aviation industry,and other fields now.At present,there is no domestic specification for the application of CAN bus technology for subsea control systems in the field of oil and gas development.Through the study of CAN bus physical layer,CAN-open protocol,combined with ISO 11898 in the field of road vehicles and CAN-in-Automation(CiA)series specification of CAN-open,the engineering design method of CAN bus data monitoring for a typical subsea gas extraction tree in the field of deep-water oil and gas development is discussed,and a complete techology solution of CAN bus in the subsea control system is proposed.The solution includes rate selection,interface,topology,cable type,data protocol,etc.With the accelerated pace of localization of subsea control systems,the in-depth study and mastery of CAN technology provides the technical direction of embedded development for the localization of subsea electronic modules and plays a role in promoting the smooth study of localization of deep-water monitoring instruments and subsea control modules.
