摘  要:传统的电动单轨系统(EMS)中的通信解决方案为滑触线。滑触线通信存在通信带宽低、维护成本高、对环境要求苛刻等不足。工业以太网具有速度快、稳定性高、抗噪声能力强、互联互换性好等优点,是生产和过程自动化通信的良好解决方案。对某主机厂EMS工业以太网解决方案进行了研究,从工业以太网的系统规划、网络规划与安装、设备配置等方面进行了详细说明。工业以太网在EMS中的应用,很好地克服了滑触线通信的弊端,取得了良好的实际应用效果。在工业以太网将成为工业控制网络结构的主要形式和发展趋势的大背景下,该研究对EMS、物流、仓储等诸多移动通信应用场景起到启发与借鉴的作用。The traditional communication solution in an electrical monorail system(EMS)is slip wire.Slip wire communication suffers from the requirements of low communication bandwidth,high maintenance cost,harsh environmental,ect.Industrial Ethernet has the advantages of high speed,high stability,high noise immunity,and good interconnection interchangeability,making it a good solution for production and process automation communication.The industrial Ethernet solution for EMS of a host plant is studied,and the system planning,network planning and installation,equipment configuration,ect of industrial Ethernet are explained in detail.The application of industrial Ethernet in EMS overcomes the shortcomings of slip wire communication very well and achieves good practical application results.In the context that industrial Ethernet will become the main form and development trend of industrial control network structure,the study serves as an inspiration and reference for many mobile communication application scenarios such as EMS,logistics and warehousing.
