摘 要:为解决空间网壳结构发生的局部动力失稳、疲劳破坏和变形过大等风振破坏问题,设计离网光伏发电系统供能,超磁致伸缩驱动器(Giant Magnetostrictive Actuator,GMA)出力的GMA风振光-电主动控制系统。基于该系统,进行空间网壳结构风振控制仿真分析,采用免疫遗传算法对不同数量的GMA布置位置进行优化,并基于LQR算法的主动控制策略,提出以综合减振评价指标作为复杂空间杆系结构主动控制效果的评价指标。分析结果表明:GMA风振光-电主动控制系统对网壳结构的风振响应具有良好的控制效果,采用免疫遗传算法对GMA优化布置后,节点的位移及加速度响应最大控制效果均得到显著的提升。当使用70个经过优化布置的GMA时,网壳结构的位移和加速度综合减振指标分别可达到0.64和0.72。In order to solve the problems of wind-vibration damage such as local dynamic instability,fatigue damage and excessive deformation of a spatial latticed shell structure,a giant magnetostrictive actuator(GMA)wind-vibration lightelectricity active control system is proposed and designed.This system is powered by an off-grid photovoltaic power generation system and controlled by the GMA.Based on the system,wind vibration control simulation analysis of the spatial latticed shell structure is carried out.Arrangement positions with different numbers of GMAs are optimized by adopting an immune genetic algorithm.Based on the active control strategy of the LQR algorithm,a comprehensive vibration reduction evaluation index is proposed and taken as the evaluation index of the active control effect of the complex spatial rod system structure.The analysis result shows that the GMA wind-vibration light-electricity active control system has a good control effect on the wind-vibration response of the latticed shell structure.And after the optimization of the GMA arrangement by adopting the immune genetic algorithm,the maximum control effect of displacement and acceleration response of a joint are remarkably improved.When 70 GMAs with the optimized arrangement are used,the displacement and acceleration comprehensive vibration reduction indexes of the latticed shell structure can reach 0.64 and 0.72 respectively.
