摘 要:基于波束形成技术,利用市域轨道交通D型车实车声源成像数据,研究市域列车整车车外噪声源频谱特性,分析受电弓、转向架等局部区域噪声源对辐射噪声的贡献特点,并评估局部噪声特性变化对总噪声特性的影响,得到以下结论:局部噪声源的贡献方面,市域轨道交通D型车转向架区域是主要辐射噪声贡献区,其贡献所占比重超过63%,100 km/h以上运行时其贡献所占比重超过80%;受电弓区域是次级辐射噪声贡献区;其他区域的噪声贡献相对较小。试验研究成果可为市域轨道交通列车减振降噪优化设计提供有力的技术指导。Based on beamforming technology,suburban rail transit D-type train noise source imaging data is used to study the noise spectrum characteristics of the suburban rail transit trains.The characteristics of contributions of the local area noise sources,such as the pantograph,bogie etc.,to the radiated noise are analyzed.The influence of the change of local noise characteristics on the overall noise characteristics is assessed.It is concluded that in terms of the contribution of local noise sources,the bogie area of suburban rail transit D-type train is the main radiated noise contribution area,accounting for more than 63%of the contribution,and more than 80%of the contribution when the train speed is over 100 km/h.Pantograph area is the secondary radiated noise contribution area.The noise contribution in other regions is relatively small.The experimental results provide a strong technical guidance for the optimization design of vibration and noise reduction of suburban rail transit trains.
