炭基肥与沼液配施对棉花叶绿素影响

摘  要:通过设计炭基肥和沼液配施的8种处理,测定分析棉花花期的叶片叶面积和叶绿素含量。结果表明:所有时期不同处理的叶片长宽叶面积基本无显著性差异;单施炭基肥处理中16 g炭基肥+常规氮磷减量30%处理的叶绿素含量在每个时期均很高,叶绿素a/b含量最低;炭基肥配施沼液处理中施用32 g炭基肥+常规氮磷减量30%+267 kg/hm2沼液处理的叶绿素a,叶绿素b,叶绿素a+b含量在每个时期均最大,叶绿素a/b含量最低。The leaf area and chlorophyll content of cotton at flowering stage were determined and analyzed by designing eight treatments of carbon-based fertilizer and biogas slurry.The results showed that there was no significant difference in leaf length and leaf area between different treatments at all periods.In the treatment of single carbon-based fertilizer,the chlorophyll content in the treatment of 16 g carbonbased fertilizer plus 30%reduction of conventional nitrogen and phosphorus was high at each time,and the chlorophyll a/b content was the lowest.In the treatment of carbon-based fertilizer combined with biogas slurry,the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b reached the maximum and the content of chlorophyll a/b reached the lowest at each time when applying 32 g carbon-based fertilizer plus 30%reduction of conventional nitrogen and phosphorus+4tons per acre biogas slurry.
