摘 要:针对汽车NVH性能提升过程中所面对的振动信号处理问题,在探讨振动信号测试的基础上,借助Matlab软件对振动信号处理方法进行分析研究。在时域范围内,计算信号的均值、方差和均方根值,并绘制概率密度曲线;在频域范围内,基于DFT理论计算信号的幅值谱、功率谱和相干函数。最后,对多测点多方向的测量信号同时进行分析,通过统计和对比得出发动机振动信号能量在峰值频率的分布状况和点火频率的对应关系,为改善汽车NVH性能提供必要的数据支持。Aiming at the problem of vibration signal processing in the process of vehicle NVH performance improvement,based on the discussion of vibration signal testing,the vibration signal processing method is studied using Matlab software.In the time domain,the mean,variance and root mean square of the signal are calculated,and the probability density curve is drawn.In the frequency domain,the amplitude spectrum,power spectrum and coherence function of the signal are calculated based on DFT theory.Finally,the measured signals from multiple measuring points and directions are analyzed at the same time.Through statistics and comparison,the distribution of engine vibration signal energy at peak frequency and the corresponding relationship between ignition frequency are obtained,which provides necessary data support for improving vehicle NVH performance.
