摘 要:为了解决现有的分注工艺技术落后、分注管柱结构设计不规范、配套工具缺乏标准和依据等问题,进行了同心双管分注工艺系统配套技术研究,研制的同心双管分注管柱结构简单,无需调配,注入量计入准确,并且可以反洗井,使用寿命长,安全系数高。设计的主要配套工具结构可靠,工作性能优良,使用有效期长。该同心双管分注工艺在油田现场应用30口井,工艺成功率100%,提高了采收率、增加了油井的产量。In order to solve the problems of backward separate injection technology,non-standard structure design of separate injection pipe string and lack of standards and basis for supporting tools,the research on supporting technology of concentric double pipe separate injection process system is carried out.The concentric double pipe separate injection string developed has simple structure,accurate injection quantity,long service life and high safety factor,no need for deployment,and can backwash well.The designed main supporting tools have reliable structure,excellent performance and long service life.Concentric double pipe separate injection technology has been applied to 30 wells in the field,and the success rate of the technology is 100%.It has improved the recovery factor,increased the output of oil wells.
