摘　　要：目的探究呼吸道感染患者病原性细菌检验的临床价值。方法抽选2018年1月-2020年12月收治的60例呼吸道感染患者,均接受病原性细菌检验、实验室检验,对比两种不同检验方式准确率,并开展痰培养及分离,分析检验情况。结果两种检验方式比较,病原性细菌检验对病原菌检出率(86.67%)高于常规实验室检验(45.00%)(P<0.05);同时病原性细菌检验的病原菌细菌阳性检出率明显高于实验室检验(P<0.05)。结论对于呼吸道感染疾病患者开展病原性细菌检验具有较高的阳性检出率,以便于后期临床诊疗工作的开展,有效控制感染。Objective To explore the accuracy and clinical value of pathogenic bacteria test in patients with respiratory tract infection.Methods60 patients with respiratory tract infection from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected.They all underwent pathogenic bacteria test and laboratory test,and were subject to quality control respectively.The accuracy of the two different test methods were analyzed.Sputum culture and separation were carried out to analyze the test situation.ResultsThe detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in pathogenic bacteria test(86.67%)was higher than that in routine laboratory test(45.00%)(P<0.05);Atthe same time,the positive detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in pathogenic bacteria test was significantly higher than that in laboratory test(P<0.05).ConclusionThe positive detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in patients with respiratory tract infection is high,so as to facilitate the later clinical diagnosis and treatment and effectively control the infection.
