农学专业实验室安全管理初探——以湖南农业大学农学院科研平台实验室为例

摘　　要：高校实验室承载着教学、科研等繁重任务,用到的仪器设备和药品种类繁多并且复杂,由于管理人员少,学生众多、流动性大,以及实验用房紧张等因素,因而存在水、电、火灾及药品等安全隐患问题。大部分农学专业试验田位于校外,学生开展试验及毕业论文,常面临外出取样、集中处理样品等一系列具体问题,造成交通安全及水电安全等事故的发生。如何在确保实验室安全的同时做好相关教学科研工作,是每个实验室都要面临的具体难题。作为农业院校实验室,湖南农业大学农学院科研平台实验室先后开展了一系列探索性的措施,如在加强人员安全方面着力提高安全培训、强化安全管理,切实提高学生的安全意识,针对外出取样难的具体问题,组织集中取样,切实为学生的试验开展做好服务工作;在实验室安全方面加强试验操作安全、技能培训管理和仪器设备操作规范培训及安全用水、用电管理;危险药品安全要加强过程管理,切实做到严格管理,结合无危险品试验方法替代等多种措施,强化药品安全管理,这些措施受到学院广大师生一致好评。近10年来,本实验室保持正常运转,广大师生的科研教学工作顺利开展,且无任何安全事故出现,受到上级管理部门高度认可,并做经验交流。University laboratories carry heavy tasks such as teaching and scientific research,and for the widely range of complex instruments,equipment,and drugs.Due to factors such as limited management personnel,large numbers of students,high mobility,and tight experimental rooms,there have always been a high-risk area for safety accidents such as water,electricity,fires,and drugs in universities.Most agricultural experimental fields are located off campus,and students conducting experiments and graduation theses often face a series of specific problems such as going out for sampling and centralized sample processing.Accidents such as traffic safety,water and electricity safety often occurred.How to ensure laboratory safety while doing a good job in related teaching and research work is a specific challenge that every laboratory must face.As a laboratory of agricultural university,the Research Platform Laboratory of Hunan Agricultural University's College of Agriculture has successively carried out a series of exploratory measures,such as enhancing personnel safety,focusing on improving safety training,strengthening safety management,and effectively improving students'safety awareness.In response to the specific problem of difficulty in sampling outside,centralized sampling is organized to effectively serve students in conducting experiments;Strengthen the management of experimental operation safety,skill training,instrument and equipment operation specifications,as well as water and electricity safe management in laboratory;Dangerous drug safety needs to strengthen process management,effectively achieve strict management,and combine various measures such as replacing non hazardous material testing methods to strengthen drug safety management.These measures have received unanimous praise from the faculty and students of the college.In the past 10 years,our laboratory has maintained successfully operation,and the scientific research and teaching work of teachers and students has been carried out smoothly without any safety
