摘 要:在大型水轮发电机组中,饱和电抗值对于安全生产和安全运行有重要意义,但由于电压高、电流大、容量可调等原因,在试验过程中,考虑风险因素,不易实现,难以直接通过三相突然短路试验来测定水轮发电机瞬态相关参数。通过试验研究得出,在施加不同电压下,测定多组电抗非饱和值,然后通过数据分析,推测计算水轮发电机直轴瞬态电抗与超瞬态电抗的饱和值,通过试验分析,该方法得出的饱和电抗值与设计值偏差小于10%,满足测试需要。In large hydro-generators,electric generator,the load characteristic parameters such as reactor loss and temperature rise are very important for safe production and safe operation.It is difficult to measure the relevant parameters of hydro-generator directly through three-phase sudden short-circuit test in the course of test.Through experimental research,under different voltages,the unsaturated values of multi-group reactance are measured,and then the saturation values of hydro-generator are calculated by data analysis,through experimental analysis,the deviation between the saturated reactance value and the designed value is less than 10%,which meets the test requirement.
