摘  要:以某海上采油平台的双螺杆泵为例,阐述了其在实际应用中通过优化转子提升能效的研究成果。主要是通过对其转子结构进行研究,运用3D建模、仿真分析等综合研究提出了一种渐开线修形双螺杆泵设计方法,其具有新型高效、密封性能更优越的特点。通过实践验证该泵对转子升级后,输送性能释放出近30%的能力,在不改变流程管线、泵体外部尺寸的情况下以最优解完成了生产瓶颈流程节点的升级改造。This paper illustrates the research results of a twin-screw pump for an offshore oil recovery platform to improve energy efficiency by optimizing the rotor in its practical application.Mainly through the study of its rotor structure,a comprehensive study using 3D modeling and simulation analysis proposes a design method for involute trimmed twin-screw pumps with a new type of high efficiency and superior sealing performance.Through practical verification of the pump to the rotor upgrade,the conveying performance released nearly 30%of the capacity,without changing the process pipeline,the pump body external dimensions with the optimal solution to complete the upgrade of the production bottleneck process node.
