摘 要:主母线是GIS的主要元件之一,三相共箱式主母线常被用于252 kV及以下电压等级的电力系统中。较长的三相共箱式母线在工程应用时可能会受到诸多因素影响,进而导致电力系统故障。文中探讨了三相共箱母线三种不同布置结构、主要零部件设计、场强判据以及三相母线导体电动力计算方法,针对温升超标问题及实际工程应用提出了对应解决方案,为该领域工程设计及研发人员提供设计思路及参考。该研究探讨及解决方案应用于ZF11C-252(L)型GIS三相共箱母线,取得了较好的改进效果,目前现场运行状态良好。The main busbar is one of the main components of GIS,and the three-phase common box-type main busbar is often used in power systems with voltage levels of 252 kV and below.The long three-phase common box-type busbar may be affected by many factors in engineering applications,which will lead to power system failure.This paper discusses the three different layout structures of the three-phase common box busbar,the design of main components,the electric field strength criterion,and the calculation method of the electrodynamic force of the three-phase busbar conductors.For the problem of temperature rise exceedance and practical engineering applications,we propose corresponding solutions to provide design ideas and references for engineering design and R&D personnel in this field.The research and solution of this paper has been applied to ZF11C-252(L)type GIS three-phase common box busbar,which has achieved a better improvement effect and is now in good operating condition on site.
