摘 要:挖掘机复杂恶劣的工况对动臂可靠性要求极高,动臂所有关键焊缝均要求内部100%超声波探伤检查,目前在工程机械行业必须由具备相应资质的专业人员手工完成。动臂斗杆待检测焊缝累计长度达30多米,空间分布较为复杂,传统的人工检验方法存在效率低、测量系统因人员经验影响误差大、用工成本高等诸多问题。因此,提高动臂焊接质量检测效率及检测精确性,节省用工成本已经成为制造行业急需解决的问题。本文从研发基于视觉传感和超声相控阵探伤技术的智能化检测技术实现焊缝内部质量自动检测和焊接缺陷的智能评判展开综合概述。The complex and harsh working conditions of excavator have high requirements on the reliability of boom.All the key welds of boom require 100%internal ultrasonic inspection.At present,in the construction machinery industry,it must be manually completed by professionals with corresponding qualifications.The cumulative length of welding seam to be detected on the boom bucket rod is more than 30 meters,and the spatial distribution is relatively complex.The traditional manual inspection method has many problems,such as low efficiency,large error of measurement system due to the influence of personnel experience,and high labor cost.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem for manufacturing industry to improve the inspection efficiency and accuracy of welding quality of boom and save labor costs.This paper presents a comprehensive overview from the development of intelligent detection technology based on visual sensing and ultrasonic phased array detection technology to realize automatic detection of internal quality of welding seams and intelligent evaluation of welding defects.
