摘  要:本研究通过自然乳化法制备硅油包水乳化体系的修容提亮笔,通过改变外界温度条件测试样品的稳定性。其中45℃和50℃条件下测试三个月的样品粘度变化不大,样品外观未出现出油现象。-20℃和冻融循环测试一个月时,粘度变化很大,外观已经完全破乳分层。本试验通过改变和增加油相的乳化剂的含量,以及增加水相的盐量对配方低温稳定性进行优化,通过观察测试样品表面分层情况和粘度的变化程度对配方进行评价。结果:KF6017:KF6038=1:3时-20℃和冻融循环测试3个月粘度范围变化不大,外观未出现出水破乳等现象。二价硫酸镁盐离子添加量0.8%可以改善配方低温稳定性。结论:乳化剂和盐离子可以优化提亮笔的低温稳定性。此类产品是彩妆化妆品中应用很广的一种品类,具有较好的市场开发价值与前景。In this research,the repair capacity of the silicone oil wrapped-in-water emulsion system was prepared by natural emulsification method,and the stability of the sample was tested by changing the external temperature conditions.The viscosity of the samples at 45℃and 50℃changed little for three months,and no oil appeared in the appearance of the samples.-20℃and freeze-thaw cycle test for one month,the viscosity was greatly variable and the appearance was completely stratified.This experiment optimized the low temperature stability of the formulation by changing and increasing the content of the emulsifier and increasing the salt content of the aqueous phase,and evaluated the formula by observing the surface stratification of the test sample and the degree of change in viscosity.Results:KF6017:KF6038=1:3,little viscosity range of-20℃and freeze-thaw cycle test,and no weaning in appearance.The addition of divalent magnesium sulfate salt ion by 0.8%can improve the low-temperature stability of the formulation.Conclusion:Emulsifiers and salt ions can optimize the low-temperature stability of the brightener brush.This kind of product is a widely used category in cosmetics,and has good market development value and prospect.
