摘  要:渤中19-6气田储层埋藏深,高温高压,酸化压裂作业过程中,井筒内温度压力变化范围广,导致管柱受力复杂,易造成油管及封隔器破坏。以BZ19-6-X井酸压作业为例,基于能量守恒定律,建立全井筒温度场计算模型,并通过压力变化控制方程建立环空压力计算模型,对管柱受力进行计算分析。研究结果表明:酸压作业过程中A环空温度下降明显,圈闭段压力骤减,油管强度不满足要求;通过对圈闭段油管采取电缆冲孔破坏圈闭的方式,油管强度达到安全要求;该井成功在现场完成工程应用,作业过程平稳,管柱未发生刺漏或断裂,作业后油气均获增产。The reservoir of Bozhong 19-6 gas field is deeply buried,with high temperature and high pressure.During the acidizing fracture operation,the temperature and pressure in the wellbore vary widely,resulting in complex stress on the pipe string,which is easy to cause damage to the tubing and packer.Acidizing fracture pressure operation in well BZ19-6-X is taken as an example.Based on the law of conservation of energy,a calculation model of temperature field in the whole wellbore is established,and a calculation model of annulus pressure is established through the governing equation of pressure change to calculate and analyze the force on the pipe string.The results show that the temperature of annulus A decreases significantly during acid fracture operation,and the pressure in the trap section decreases sharply,and the tubing strength does not meet the requirements.Through cable punching to destroy the trap,and at the same time,back pressure is applied to protect the upper pipe in the annulus,the strength of the pipe meets the safety requirements.The well was successfully applied in the field,and the operation was smooth,with no string leaks or fractures,and the oil and gas were stimulated.
