摘 要:航空维修工作中充满噪音,对维修人员的工作健康造成不利影响。为探究在高噪音工作环境下对维修人员资源分配、情绪的干扰机制,引入实验范式注意网络测试方法,结合眼动实验开展研究。结果发现,高噪音使维修人员的警觉性提高、定向选择能力和执行控制能力变弱,负性情绪提高,工作效率降低,注视频率、眼跳次数和扫视时长均与测试绩效有显著相关性。这表明,高噪音工作环境分摊了维修人员的任务资源分配,产生负性情绪增加维修人员心理负荷降低产能。Aviation maintenance work is full of noise,which has a negative impact on the working health of maintenance personnel.In order to explore the interference mechanism of resource allocation and emotion of maintenance personnel under high noise working environment,an experimental paradigm attention network test method was introduced and eye movement experiments were conducted to conduct the study.The results showed that high noise caused maintenance personnel to increase their alertness,weaken their ability of directional selection and executive control,increase their negative emotions,and reduce their work efficiency.There was a significant correlation between gaze frequency,saccade frequency,and scanning duration and test performance.This indicates that the high noise working environment apportions the task resource allocation of maintenance personnel,generating negative emotions,increasing the psychological load of maintenance personnel,and reducing productivity.
