摘　　要：产业创新服务综合体是围绕产业创新投入生产实践形成的公共服务平台,是为广大中小企业创新发展提供全链条服务的新型载体。以产业创新服务综合体运行绩效为研究对象,运用服务创新理论和绩效评价理论,提出产业创新服务综合体运行绩效概念模型,探讨综合体运行绩效评价的指标体系。最后对台州产业创新服务综合体进行绩效评价,为动态评价综合体建设成效提供理论指导。The industrial innovation service complex is a new type of carrier based on public service platform of industrial innovation to provide whole chain services for the innovation and development of the majority of SMEs.This study takes the operation performance of the industrial innovation service complex as the research object,applies service innovation theory and performance evaluation theory,puts forward the conceptual model of operation performance of the industrial innovation service complex,and explores the index system for evaluating the operation performance of the complex.Finally,the performance evaluation of Taizhou’s industrial innovation service complex is conducted to provide theoretical guidance for the dynamic evaluation of the construction effectiveness of the complex.
