摘　　要：我国广大乡村地区非典型传统村落数量庞大且极具价值,却面临着人口外流、民居遗存日渐衰败的“空”之双重困境,亟待活化。日本类似的乡村地区将空き家活用作为一种有效手段进行村落活化,其经验为我国提供了有益借鉴。首先从日本空き家概念出发,分析城市移住民因素和空き家活用理念;并以小豆岛堀越地区实践工作坊为例,从促进制度、支援组织、再生手段等方面探讨日本空き家活用的经验;在此基础上提出构建立体化、信息化的制度支持体系,设立产学官民一体的多边联合型支援组织,将空间活化再生手段融入社区生活,有助于推动我国非典型传统村落的可持续建设。Large numbers of atypical traditional villages that exist in the vast rural areas of China are of great value.However,they are facing with the double“emptiness”dilemma of villager outflow and folk house vacancy,and have to be activated urgently.In Japan,vacant houses in similar rural areas are used as an effective mean to activate villages,which could provide beneficial references.This paper first analyzes the factor of urban migrants and the philosophy of vacant house regeneration from the concept of Japanese vacant houses.It then carries out a ca se study based on a workshop practice in Horikoshi,S hodoshima,in which experiences of Japan in flexible using of vacant houses were discussed from perspectives of promotion systems,support organizations and regeneration means.On this basis,some suggestions which are conducive to population return and endogenous development of atypical traditional villages are proposed:1)establishing three-dimensional and information-based institutive support systems;2)setting up multilateral joint support organizations that integrates enterprise,academia,government and people;3)integrating spatial activation and regeneration means into community life.
