摘　　要：通过探讨登录《世界遗产名录》及提名《预备名单》的中国古村落项目对世界遗产突出的普遍价值(OUV)评估标准的适用情况,分析了提名《预备名单》的西南少数民族古村落文化遗产涉及的多项标准,体现出该地区古村落不同于其他地区项目的独特性,以及该评估标准的多元化特点;基于西南少数民族古村落世界文化遗产价值的特征分析,提出世界遗产OUV评估标准体系下西南少数民族古村落文化遗产保护方向及价值评估标准总体框架;旨在为我国古村落登录世界遗产的体系化研究和实际操作提供理论基础和科学依据,以促进民族地区乡村振兴。This paper discusses the application of the Chinese traditional villages selected into the World Heritage List and the Preparatory List to the outstanding universal value(OUV)evaluation criteria of the world heritage,analyzes the multiple criteria involved in the cultural heritage of the traditional ethnic villages in southwest China selected into the Preparatory List,which reflects the uniqueness of the traditional ethnic villages in this region different from those in other regions,and the diversified characteristics of the evaluation criteria.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the world cultural heritage value of southwest traditional ethnic villages,it proposes the overall framework for the protection direction and evaluation criteria of the world cultural heritage value of southwest traditional ethnic villages under the OUV evaluation standard system.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis and scientific basis for the systematic research and practical operation of registering traditional villages as world heritage sites in China,in order to promote the revitalization of rural areas in ethnic areas.
