摘 要:为明确白蜡窄吉丁(Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire)在新疆玛纳斯县的生活史及在美国白蜡(Fraxinus americana L.)树干上的分布规律,通过林间踏查、解剖树干等方法,明确白蜡窄吉丁各虫态发生动态,分析白蜡窄吉丁羽化孔、产卵量与白蜡树高、胸径之间的关系。研究表明,白蜡窄吉丁在新疆玛纳斯县一年发生1代,以老熟幼虫在木质部越冬,4月上旬至5月中旬为化蛹期,5月上旬至6月下旬为成虫羽化期,5月中旬至7月上旬为成虫产卵和幼虫孵化期,6月上旬至10月下旬为幼虫危害期,7月下旬幼虫开始蛀入木质部危害,7月下旬至翌年4月上旬为幼虫越冬期。白蜡窄吉丁最佳防治时期为成虫羽化出孔前期(4月下旬至5月上旬)、成虫羽化高峰期(5月上旬至6月上旬)和幼虫韧皮部危害期(6月上旬至7月中旬)。白蜡窄吉丁成虫通常将卵产于距地面1~2 m的主干上,幼虫通常分布于距地面4 m以下的主干上,成虫羽化孔主要分布于距地面1~3 m主干上,白蜡窄吉丁在寄主植物上的产卵数量与其胸径大小无关,而与树皮厚度有关,厚度大于6 mm时产卵量显著降低。In order to clarify the life history of Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire in Manas County of Xinjiang and the distribution of Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire on the trunk of Fraxinus americana L.,this study aims to clarify the occurrence dynamics of each stage of Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire and the distribution of each stage on the trunk of Fraxinus with a view to clarifying the life history.This study clarified the occurrence dynamics of each stage of Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire,and analyzed the relationship between the eclosion hole,fecundity and the height and diameter at breast height of Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire.The results showed that one generation of Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire occurred in Manas County of Xinjiang in one year,and the mature larvae overwintered in the xylem.The pupation stage was from early April to mid-May,the adult emergence stage was from early May to late June,the adult oviposition and larval hatching stage was from mid-May to early July,the larval damage stage was from early June to late October,the larvae began to bore into the xylem in late July,and the larvae overwintered from late July to early April of the next year.Therefore,the best control period of Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire was the early stage of adult emergence(late April to early May),the peak of adult emergence(early May to early June)and the larval phloem damage period(early June to mid-July).The results showed that the Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire adults usually laid eggs on the 1-2 m trunks,larvae were usually distributed on the trunk and adult feathers 4 m below the ground and the adult emergence pores were mainly distributed on the trunk the 1-3 m,and most larva were distributed below 4 m which was similar with the adult emergence holes.The number of Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire eggs laid on host plant was influenced by the bark thickness and it was decreased significantly when the bark thickness more than 6 mm,and there was no significant correlation distribution of Agrilus planipennis Fairmaire and the dia
