摘  要:为研究硼粉燃烧规律,采用两种典型混合方式(干法混合和湿法混合)制备了含不同质量助燃剂双铅-2(SQ-2)的硼粉试样,使用氧弹式量热计测量了硼粉燃烧放热量,同时在量热计上加装压强传感器获得了不同样品在燃烧过程中的压强变化趋势,得到了不同样品中硼粉的有效燃烧时间。结果表明,在SQ-2含量一致时,干法样品在燃烧过程中的升压速率明显大于湿法样品,其最大压强也高于湿法样品;在两种助燃方式下,氧弹中的温度和氧气量均可满足硼粉的燃烧,但SQ-2含量>80%的干法混合中硼粉放热量低,最高仅为34950 J/g,依然有约40%硼粉没有燃烧,其硼粉有效燃烧时间仅约有29 ms。分析认为,干法混合中样品为粉末状,燃烧迅速,当SQ-2含量>80%时,其燃烧产生的高速气体将硼粉喷溅在氧弹壁上或者氧弹底部,硼粉受“冷壁效应”影响明显而导致无法继续燃烧,而湿法混合中SQ-2与硼粉接触紧密,硼粉受“冷壁效应”影响不大,SQ-2燃烧产生的热量和气体更容易加热硼粉,加上硼粉自身的放热,延长了硼粉的高温燃烧时间,助燃效果好,燃烧效率高。In order to study the combustion rules of boron powder,two typical mixing methods(dry mixing and wet mixing)were used to prepare boron powder samples containing different quality of combustion improver-SQ-2.The heat release of boron powder during combustion was measured by an oxygen bomb calorimeter.The pressure change trend of different samples during combustion was obtained by installing a pressure sensor on the calorimeter,and the effective combustion time of boron powder in different samples was determined.The results show that,when the SQ-2 content is the same,the pressurization rate of dry mixing sample during combustion is obviously higher than that of wet mixing sample,and the same goes for maximum pressure.With the two combustion-supporting methods,the temperature and oxygen content in the oxygen bomb can satisfy the combustion of boron powder,but the heat release of boron powder in dry mixing with SQ-2 content more than 80%is very low,the highest heat release is only 34950 J/g,and about 40%of boron powder is still unburned with the effective combustion time of about 29 ms.The analysis shows that the sample is powder and burns quickly in dry mixing.When the content of SQ-2 is more than 80%,the high-speed gas produced during combustion will spray boron powder on the wall or the bottom of the oxygen bomb,and the boron powder is obviously affected by the“cold wall effect”,which makes it impossible to continue burning.However,in wet mixing,SQ-2 is in close contact with boron powder,and the boron powder is not affected by the“cold wall effect”.The heat and gas generated during the combustion of SQ-2 make it easier to heat boron powder.,and the heat release of boron powder prolongs the high-temperature combustion time of boron powder,which reveals good combustion-supporting effect and high combustion efficiency.
