摘  要:面向激光激发模式下超声信号与结构健康状态的相关性,在分析技术难点的基础上针对性总结了面向压电测量的成像法、面向激光测量的解析法。成像法方面,得益于压电传感器的阵列化部署以及新型压电传感器的阵列化发展,结构信号测量可获得足够的数据维度和丰度,扫描、相控阵等传统成像方法均取得较好效果,时间反转、时域合成孔径等超分辨成像方法进一步解决了波长减小带来的分辨率提升与衰减率增加之间的矛盾;解析法方面,激光测量单点位、小区域的特点与激光激发的超声时频模式混叠、超声信号强度不足等难题叠加,以数值仿真或标样实验等结果作为操作信息的数据解析技术将相关性研究处理为数据挖掘活动,并通过与决策树算法、人工神经网络等人工智能技术的融合,展现了分析效率高、参数覆盖全等优势。从应用效果来看,建议重点围绕超分辨成像算法与算力的匹配、数据解析参数规模与表征有效性的协调等问题开展后续工作。To obtain the correlation between ultrasonic signal and structural health in laser excitation mode,the imaging method for piezoelectric measurement and the analytical method for laser measurement were summarized based on technical difficulties.For imaging methods,benefiting from array deployment of piezoelectric sensors and array development of new piezoelectric sensors,sufficient data dimension and abundance can be provided for structural signal measurement,and traditional imaging methods such as scanning and phased array have achieved good effects.Super-resolution imaging methods such as time reversal and time-domain synthetic aperture further solve the contradiction between attenuation rate increase and resolution improvement caused by wavelength reduction.For analytical method,the characteristics of single point and small area of laser ultrasonic measurement are superimposed with some difficult problems,such as ultrasonic time-frequency aliasing and insufficient laser ultrasonic signal strength.The data analytical technology takes the results of numerical simulation or standard sample experiments as the input operation information,and deals correlation with data mining activities,integrating with artificial intelligence technologies such as decision tree algorithm and artificial neural network,showing the advantages of high analysis efficiency and full parameter coverage.From the application effect,it is suggested to focus on the matching of super-resolution imaging algorithm and computing power,the coordination of data analytical parameter scale and representation effectiveness.
