党内政治文化建设的约束性因素及创新路径研究

摘　　要：新时代党内政治文化建设已经发展成为一般性、日常化、常规化的内在要求与有机构成。党内政治文化建设是党员突破其在党内政治生活结构中给定性对创新性制约以及本我性对超越性(党性)抑制的集中表现,党内政治文化建设是在突破这种约束力过程中逐步推进,这种约束性主要表现为:落后观念对先进思想的桎梏、保守性思维模式对开放性思维模式的制约、传统型党内政治文化对现代型党内政治文化的束缚。新时代党内政治文化建设既要积极推进宏观、中观和微观层面的党内政治文化建设,也更要高度重视党内政治文化建设的体制机制建设,尤其是党内政治文化创新路径的构建,确立包容与创新的思维方式,培育尊重党员主体地位与参与精神的文化模式。The construction of political culture within the party in the new era has developed into a general,routine,and internal requirement,and organic composition.The construction of political culture within the party is a concentrated manifestation of party members breaking through the suppression of the given nature of the structure of the political life within the party and the suppression of transcendence of party spirits.The construction of political culture within the party is in the process of breaking through these binding forces.Those are mainly manifested in the shackles of backward ideas to advanced thought,the restrictions of conservative thinking mode to open thought mode,and the restrictions of traditional party political culture to modern party political culture.In the new era,the construction of party political culture should not only actively promote the construction of political culture at the macro,medium,and micro levels,but also attach great importance to the construction of the system and mechanism of political culture.In particular,we should focus on the construction of the path of political and cultural innovation,establish an inclusive and innovative way of thinking,and cultivate a cultural mode that respects the dominant role and the spirits of participation of the Party members.
