摘  要:以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和乙醇胺,通过氮杂迈克尔加成聚合反应,合成了聚酰胺胺主链(PAA),然后通过侧链羟基与加入的ε-己内酯进行开环聚合反应,得到聚酰胺胺接枝聚己内酯梳状超分散剂(PAAPCL)。利用红外光谱、核磁氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱对PAAPCL进行了结构表征。将PAAPCL加入含有二氧化硅填料的光固化涂料中,制得光固化复合涂层。结果表明:随着PAAPCL添加量的增加,以及PAAPCL聚己内酯侧链聚合度的提高,光固化涂料在低剪切速率下的黏度下降,沉降稳定性提高。当PAAPCL添加量为二氧化硅质量的5%,PAAPCL侧链聚己内酯聚合度为15时,光固化涂料呈现出牛顿流体特征,并且在室温下静置28 d后仍保持较好的稳定性。添加了PAAPCL后的光固化涂膜的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度提高,透光率、光泽提升,磨耗由(16.3±0.5)mg下降至(12.0±0.3)mg。A polyamidoamine(PAA)main chain was first synthesized by an aza-Michael addition polymerization with N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide and ethanolamine as monomers,followed by the ring-opening polymerization ofε-caprolactone monomers with the hydroxyl groups on PAA side chain to obtain comb hyperdispersant(PAAPCL).The obtained PAAPCL was characterized by 1H NMR,FT-IR and GPC,and added to a UV light curable composite coating containing silica fillers.With the increase of PAAPCL addition amounts and length of PCL side chains,the viscosity of composite coatings decreased at low shear rate,and the sedimentation stability of silica fillers increased.When the addition amount of PAAPCL was 5wt%to the mass of silica with a PCL polymerization degree of 15,the composite coatings exhibited Newtonian fluid characteristics and remained stable after standing for 28 days atroom temperature. Moreover,the elongation at break,tensile strength,transmittance and glossof the UV light cured composite coatings were improved with the addition of PAAPCL. Theabrasion of the cured coating decreased from(16. 3±0. 5)mg to(12. 0±0. 3)mg.
