摘  要:以烷氧基硅低聚物为耐高温树脂,选择合适的功能性填料和助剂,研制了一种单组分常温固化有机硅耐高温涂料。通过耐热性、耐盐雾性测试及扫描电镜分析,考察了不同类型功能性填料及其用量,对漆膜耐高温性和防腐性的影响;通过干燥性能及耐热性测试,考察了促进剂的类型及用量,对固化速率和耐高温性能的影响;通过配套体系的耐热性测试,分析了该常温固化有机硅耐高温涂料的配套性。结果表明:研制的常温固化有机硅耐高温涂料,具备优异的常温固化性能、物理机械性能、耐高温性、防腐性和配套性。满足实际使用中的耐高温防腐需求。In order to solve the problems of existing baking curing silicone hightemperature resistant coatings in the practical use,a one-component ambient curing silicone heat-resistant coatings were formulated with silicone oligomer,functional fillers and additives in this paper.The impact of functional fillers and their dosage on the high-temperature resistance and anticorrosion properties were characterized by heat resistance test,salt spray test and SEM.The impact of type and dosage of catalysts on the curing rate and the hightemperature resistance were characterized by dry to hard time and heat resistance test.The system compatibility was discussed by heat resistance test.The results showed that compared to traditional high temperature baking silicone heat-resistant coatings,the one-component ambient curing silicone heat-resistant coatings formulated in this paper exhibited excellent ambient curing performance,mechanical properties,resistance to high temperature,anticorrosion and system compatibility,which meet the requirement of actual high temperature anticorrosion.
