摘 要:为解决目前抗静电离型膜抗静电效果持久性差、附着牢度低等问题,通过调控分散液的后处理方法及线棒涂布器的型号制备不同涂层厚度和方阻的抗静电离型涂料,并对其抗静电性能进行研究。结果表明:涂覆离型涂料制得的抗静电离型膜的方阻,最优值可达4×103Ω/,透光率≥80%,抗静电持久性优,附着力为1级。且制得的抗静电离型膜抗静电效果持久,黏附性好,离型效果稳定及透明性优异,基本可满足目前离型膜行业的使用需求。In order to solve the problems of poor durability and low adhesion fastness of antistatic release films,antistatic release coating with different coating thicknesses and sheet resistance were prepared by regulating the post-treatment method of dispersion and the model of wire bar coater,and their antistatic properties were studied.The results showed that the optimal sheet resistance of the antistatic release films prepared by coating the release coating could reach 4×103Ω/□,the light transmittance was more than 80%,the antistatic durability was excellent,and the adhesion was grade 1.Moreover,the antistatic release films prepared owned a long-lasting antistatic effect,good adhesion,stable release effect and excellent transparency,which could basically meet the needs of the current release films industry.
