摘  要:为了提高聚氟乙烯漆膜耐磨损、抗弯折和高阻隔应用性能,满足产品加工应用要求,在氟乙烯聚合过程中引入全氟烯烃或全氟乙烯基醚(PPVE),改善产物分子链结构和规整度。经优化共聚组分含量、工艺条件,制得的聚氟乙烯共聚物相对分子质量适中,涂料黏度利于混配与施工。实验模拟卷焊管涂覆生产流程进行喷涂制样,研究了耐磨助剂、腐蚀抑制剂种类及其含量对漆膜耐磨损、防腐性的影响。结果表明:通过将六氟丙烯(HFP)或PPVE引入到聚氟乙烯分子链中,共聚改性聚氟乙烯漆膜的耐磨损和耐腐蚀性更佳,漆膜具有很好的耐冲击性,特别适用于汽车制动管路、动力转向管路和燃油供给与回流管路系统的防腐蚀保护。In order to improve the polyfluoride paint film wear resistance,bending and high barrier application performances,meet the requirements of product processing application,perfluoroolefin or perfluorinyl ether(PPVE)was introduced in vinyl fluoride polymerization,which improve the product molecular chain structure and regularity.The molecular weight of the copolymer was moderate and the viscosity of the coatings was favorable for mixing and construction.The experiment simulated the production process of recoil pipe coating to evaluate the performance of spraying samples and paint films,and the influences of the type and content of wear-resisting additives and corrosion inhibitor on the wear resistance and corrosion prevention of paint films were carried out.By introducing hexafluoropropylene(HFP)or PPVE into the polyvinyl fluoride molecular chain,the modified polyvinyl fluoride paint films had better wear resistance and corrosion resistance,and the paint film has a very good impact resistance,especially suitable for automobile braking pipe,power steeringpipeline and fuel supply and backflow pipeline system.
