摘 要:为替代目前漆托蜡工艺中常用的溶剂型漆,提升硬木家具的环保性,本研究以大果紫檀为基材,以水性漆打底开展漆托蜡工艺优化实验。实验分砂光工艺与涂饰工艺两部分进行,以涂层光泽、表面粗糙度及耐磨性为评价指标,确定水性漆托蜡工艺的优化参数。结果表明:白坯砂光所用砂纸选择120目/180目,底漆砂光选择240目,面漆砂光选择400目/600目,底漆涂布量为80 g/m^(2),面漆涂布量为20 g/m^(2),烫蜡量为45 g/m^(2)时,所得涂层具有优良的装饰性和保护性。优化工艺对阔叶黄檀、巴里黄檀、榉木等木材亦适用。In order to replace the solvent paint commonly used in the current paint supporting wax process and improve the environmental protection of hardwood furniture,this paper carried out the optimization experiment of water-based paint supporting wax process with Pterocarpus macrocarpus as the substrate.The experiment was divided into two parts:sanding process and finishing process.The gloss,surface roughness and wear resistance of the coating were taken as evaluation factors to determine the optimal parameters of water-based paint supporting wax process.The results showed that when the sand paper used for white body sanding was 120 mesh/180 mesh,the primer sanding was 240 mesh,the finish sanding was 400 mesh/600 mesh,the primer coating amount was 80 g/m^(2),the finish coating amount was 20 g/m^(2),and the wax amount was 45 g/m^(2),the resulting coating had excellent decorative and protective properties.The optimized process was also applicable to the surface finishing of Dalbergia latifolia,Dalbergia bariensis,Zelkova schneideriana.
