摘 要:富锌涂料因独特的阴极保护防腐机制广泛应用于恶劣腐蚀环境。通常作为防腐涂层底涂层,为钢结构提供直接有效的腐蚀防护。本文综述了近年来提高富锌涂料锌粉利用率的最新进展,包括添加导电填料(金属材料和碳材料),以及导电聚合物的改性策略。在导电金属填料改性中,主要介绍了常规高导电金属,以及纳米金属提高锌粉利用率的策略;在碳材料改性中,主要介绍了碳纤维、石墨烯和生物炭等材料的应用;导电聚合物改性中,主要介绍了聚苯胺提高锌粉的利用率的策略。这些研究成果能有效地提高富锌涂料锌粉的利用率,从而降低涂料成本,极大提高涂层防腐性能。Zinc-rich coatings were widely used in harsh corrosion environment because of their unique cathodic protection mechanism.It was usually used as the bottom coating of anticorrosive coating to provide direct and effective corrosion protection for steel structures.This paper reviewed the latest progress in improving the utilization of zinc powder in zinc-rich coatings in recent years,including the addition of conductive fillers with metal and carbon materials and the modification strategies of conductive polymers.In the modification of conductive metal fillers,the strategies of conventional highly conductive metals and nano-metals to improve the utilization rate of zinc powder were mainly introduced.In the modification of carbon materials,the applications of carbon fiber,graphene and biochar were mainly introduced.In the modification of conductive polymer,the strategy of polyaniline to improve the utilization rate of zinc powder was mainly introduced.These research results could effectively improve the utilization rate of zinc powder in zinc-rich coatings,thus reduced the cost of coatings and greatly improved the anti-corrosion performance of coatings.
