摘 要:我国西部地处“一带一路”倡议的核心地位,这对于我国西部大学生的跨文化交际能力提出了较高的要求。本文运用《中国西部大学生跨文化交际测评量表》对分布于我国西部五省的15所高校的1 046名大学生进行了交际能力调研。研究结果表明,目前我国西部大学生总体跨文化交际能力良好,在五个维度中,动机最高,效果最低;不同背景的大学生在各跨文化交际能力维度之间均有显著性差异。本研究在全面把握我国西部大学生跨文化交际能力现状的基础上为我国西部高校外语教育及教学改革提供了参考。The West of China is at the heart of the“Belt and Road Initiative”,thus the higher requirement of the intercultural communication competence for our Western college students is put forward.This paper investigates and evaluates the intercultural communication competence of 1046 college students from 15 colleges and universities in five provinces of western China by using the Intercultural Communication Competence Inventory for Chinese Western College Students.The results show that the overall intercultural communication competence of Western college students in China is fairly ideal,among the five dimensions,the motivation is the highest while the effect the lowest.College students from different backgrounds show significant differences on the dimensions of intercultural communicative competence.Based on the comprehensive understanding of the intercultural communication competence of college students in Western China,this study provides a reference for the reform of foreign language education and teaching in colleges and universities in western China.
