张謇地方社会自治“南通模式”的理念与实践

摘　　要：清末民初,张謇在南通探索了地方社会自治新模式,把南通打造成全国“模范县”。他秉持的村落主义、自治思想、实业为基、精英主导等理念始终贯穿于地方社会自治的教育救国、文化育人、慈善弘德等实践之中,彰显了社会自治“南通模式”的先进性与合理性,至今仍有极好的借鉴价值。In the late Qing dynasty and early Republic of China,Zhang Jian explored a new model of local autonomy in Nantong and built Nantong into a national“model county”.His philosophies about rural villages,autonomy,industry-based and elite-led development,which run all along through his practice of saving the country through education,educating people through culture and promoting virtue through charity,highlight the progressiveness and rationality of the local autonomy on Nantong model,which are of excellent value as a reference today.
