摘 要:文章针对某新能源叉车所用对开式轮辋出现松动现象,对轮辋进行静力强度校核,对轮辋螺栓根据VDI 2230进行强度校核,并通过有限元分析软件对轮辋螺母和轮辋之间、轮辋和轮毂之间进行滑移分析,优化轮辋螺母和轮辋接触面角度,进一步提高对开式轮辋防松效果。结果表明:增大螺母锥面的锥角,可以改善轮辋螺栓孔应力;在不变化轮辋安装的定位方式,可以将轮辋螺母的锥角提高到120°。In this paper,the static strength of the rim was checked and the strength of the rim bolt was checked according to VDI 2230 for the loose phenomenon of split rim used in a new energy forklift truck.So as to further improve the anti loosening effect of the split rim,both of the slip between the rim nut and the rim,and that between the rim and the hub were analyzed to optimize the contact surface angle between the rim nut and the rim by the finite element analysis software.The results showed that the stress of the rim bolt hole could be improved by increasing the taper angle of the nut cone;The cone angle of the rim nut could be increased to 120°without changing the positioning mode of the rim installation.
