摘  要:电子工业中八氟丙烷(C_(3)F_(8))的存在会影响六氟化硫(SF_(6))气体的灭弧和绝缘性能,需要对C_(3)F_(8)进行分离,而目前深冷分离法无法将低浓度C_(3)F_(8)除尽,运用吸附分离法进行C_(3)F_(8)吸附的研究报道也还较少。文中采用已经商用的13X分子筛对低浓度C_(3)F_(8)进行吸附,模拟工业上的固定床吸附实验,测量电气行业中的C_(3)F_(8)在13X分子筛上的动态吸附性能,并研究了商用13X分子筛对低浓度C_(3)F_(8)(ppm级)的吸附透过曲线随进气流量、进气C_(3)F_(8)质量浓度和吸附温度的变化规律,分析各因素的影响程度。绘制C_(3)F_(8)吸附透过曲线,通过吸附透过曲线进行吸附平衡模型预测和动力学模型的拟合,分析了13X分子筛对低浓度C_(3)F_(8)的吸附行为和机理。结果表明,吸附量随C_(3)F_(8)质量浓度的增加而增大,随入口流量和吸附温度的增加而减小;3种因素的影响程度为进气质量浓度>温度>进气流量。吸附平衡模型结果符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,相关度达到0.999 3,动力学吸附模型符合拟一级动力学模型,表明13X分子筛对C_(3)F_(8)的吸附为物理吸附。在温度为30℃、进气流量为1.2 L/min、压力为0.12 MPa、C_(3)F_(8)气体质量浓度为459 mg/L(即ppm级)时,13X分子筛对C_(3)F_(8)的动态吸附可达到5.428 mmol/g,为工业上运用吸附脱除C_(3)F_(8)工艺提供了数据参考。The presence of perfluoropropane(C_(3)F_(8))in the electronics industry will affect the arcing and insulation performance of sulfur hexafluoride(SF_(6))gas,it is necessary to separate C_(3)F_(8).However,at present,C_(3)F_(8) of low con⁃centration can not be removed through cryoscopic separation method,and the research reports about using adsorp⁃tion separation method for the adsorption of C_(3)F_(8) are still few.This paper used the commercial 13X molecular sieve for adsorption of low concentration C_(3)F_(8).As well,it simulated the industrial fisxed bed adsorption experiment and measured the dynamic adsorption performance of C_(3)F_(8) on 13X molecular sieve.The breakthrough curve of commer⁃cial 13X molecular sieve for low concentration of C_(3)F_(8)(ppm)was studied with the change of inlet flow rate,inlet C_(3)F_(8) mass concentration and adsorption temperature,and the influence degree of each factor was analyzed.The ad⁃sorption equilibrium model and kinetic model were fitted by adsorption transmission curve to analyze the adsorption behavior and mechanism of 13X molecular sieve for low concentration of C_(3)F_(8).The results show that the influence of these three factors orders as follows:inlet gas mass concentration>temperature>inlet flow rate.The adsorption equilibrium model accords with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model,and the kinetic adsorption model accords with the pseudo-first-order kinetic model.When the temperature is 30℃,the inlet flow rate is 1.2 L/min,the pres⁃sure is 0.12 MPa,and the mass concentration of C_(3)F_(8) gas is 459 mg/L(ppm),the dynamic adsorption of C_(3)F_(8) by 13X molecular sieve can reach 5.428 mmol/g,which provides data reference for the industrial adsorption process of C_(3)F_(8).
