充填散体材料侧限压缩试验径径比的确定方法

摘  要:为了使矿山散体材料压缩承载试验结果具有科学性和代表性,确定其侧限压缩试验中合理的径径比D/d(试验钢筒内径D与试验散体最大颗粒粒径d的比值)是保证试验数据可靠性的关键。首先,基于7组不同径径比条件下河卵石颗粒堆积体的侧限压缩试验,探讨河卵石颗粒堆积体的压缩应力-应变曲线非线性行为、堆积体内部结构自组织过程中声发射(AE)振铃计数和侧压系数与径径比的关系;然后,根据散体材料在外载荷作用下所具有的压缩曲线非线性、内部结构自组织行为和侧压系数变化特性,找出颗粒堆积体侧限压缩试验结果同时满足散体材料这三大特征时的合理径径比。研究结果表明:当D/d≥7时,河卵石颗粒堆积体同时满足散体材料上述三大物理力学特征,即该径径比为河卵石散体侧限压缩试验的合理径径比。In order to make the compressive test results of granular materials in mines scientific and representative,determining the reasonable diameter-diameter ratio D/d(ratio of the inner diameter D of the steel cylinder to the particle size d of granular materials)in the lateral confined compressive test is the key to the reliability of the test data.Based on the lateral confined compressive tests of pebbles particle pile with seven different diameter-diameter ratios,the relationship between the stress-strain curve,AE ringing count in the process of self-organization and lateral pressure coefficient and the diameter-diameter ratio were investigated.Then,according to the nonlinear stress−strain curve,self-organization and lateral pressure coefficient behavior of granular materials under external load,the reasonable diameter-diameter ratio of pebbles particle pile was found out.The results show that the above three physical and mechanical characteristics of granular materials are satisfied at the same time when D/d≥7,which is the reasonable diameter-diameter ratio of pebbles granular materials.
