摘　　要：围绕国家在新发展阶段提出的建设“韧性城市”目标,分析了我国城市面临的主要灾害风险类型,总结了现阶段建设安全韧性城市面临的主要问题,进而从规划视角提出了建设安全韧性城市的新理念,以及城市总体层面、街区层面、城市更新领域的具体规划策略。Focusing on the vision of a resilient city,the paper lists the main types of urban disasters,summarizes the main problems faced in building city resilience at the present stage,and suggests new concepts about building city resilience from the perspective of urban planning,as well as specific planning strategies for the city level,block level,and urban renewal.
