摘  要:结合工程案例,介绍了医院核医学科放射性废水基本情况,并通过三个阶段衰变池系统的设计方案,阐述了衰变池设计从功能简单到完备,从以达标排放为唯一目的到兼顾控制达标排放及维护管理便利性等方面不断优化的过程,分析了医院放射性核废水处理的发展历程及工程措施,并提出了污染区、半污染区及清洁区的设计理念,可供从事医疗废水处理的工程技术人员参考。Combined with practical engineering cases,this paper introduces the basic situation of radioactive waste water in the nuclear medicine discipline of the hospital and the design scheme of the three stage decay tank system,expounds the continuous optimization process of the design of the decay tank from simple function to complete function,from the sole purpose of reaching the standard discharge to giving consideration to the control of reaching the standard discharge and the convenience of maintenance and management,analyzes the development process and engineering measures of radioactive nuclear waste water treatment in the hospital,and puts forward the pollution area The design concept of semi polluted area and clean area has a certain reference value for engineering technicians engaged in medical wastewater treatment.
