摘　　要：习近平法治思想的确立,对于“德法课”法治部分的教学既是挑战也是机遇。将习近平法治思想贯穿融入教学全过程,有助于化解“德法课”在基本概念、目标定位、教学方式等方面长期存在的若干矛盾。在习近平法治思想指引下,教师应当将普遍意义的法治与中国特色社会主义法治相统一,将法律知识的传授与法治观的培养相统一,将实践教学与理论教学相统一。The establishment of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is both a challenge and an opportunity for the teaching of the law part of the Morality and Rule of Law class.Incorporating Xi Jinping hought on the ule of aw into the whole process of teaching will help resolve some long-standing contradictions in teaching of Morality and Rule of Law course,including the basic concept,goal orientation,and teaching methods.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping hought on the rule of law,teachers should unify the rule of law in the general sense with the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,unify the teaching of legal knowledge with the cultivation of the concept of the rule of law,and unify practical teaching with theoretical teaching.
