摘　　要：创伤弧菌是一种革兰阴性、嗜盐性海洋弧菌,是弧菌科弧菌属的一类重要机会致病菌,多于夏季经消化道、创口等途径造成宿主感染。免疫受损或低下人群感染创伤弧菌后,病情进展迅速,易诱发感染性休克、多器官功能衰竭等进而导致死亡,病死率高达50%。经由毒力因子协同作用促进多途径致病引发宿主严重感染是创伤弧菌独特的致病机制,其机制复杂,至今未完全阐明。本文就创伤弧菌各毒力因子作用及其机制进行系统综述,以期为创伤弧菌感染及其防治策略提供新思路。Vibrio vulnificus,a gram-negative halophilic marine Vibrio,is an important opportunistic pathogen of Vibrio genus in Vibrionaceae,which is more likely to cause host infection through digestive tract and wounds in summer.After infecting with Vibrio vulnificus in immunocompromised or weakened people,the disease progresses rapidly,and it is easy to induce septic shock,multiple organ failure,etc.,which leads to death,with the mortality rate of 50%.It is the unique pathogenic mechanism of Vibrio vulnificus to promote multi-pathology and cause severe host infection through the synergy of virulence factors,and its mechanism is complex and has not yet been fully elucidated.Based on this,this paper systematically reviews the effects and mechanisms of various virulence factors of Vibrio vulnificus,in order to provide new ideas for Vibrio vulnificus infection and its prevention strategies.
