摘　　要：空压机是飞机制造必不可少的设备。本文分析了不同外部环境条件下两级压缩螺杆机的排冷凝水量,计算出在不同季节和温度等条件下,中间冷却器(一级)和后冷却器(二级)压缩机排出冷凝水的量,有利于掌握设备的规律性能从而提高生产效率。Air compressor is the essential equipment for aircraft manufacturing.This paper analyzes the quantity of condensed water of the two-stage-screw air compressors under different external environmental conditions and works out the quantity of condensed water discharged from intercooler(primary)and aft cooler(secondary)compressors in different seasons and temperatures,which is conducive to knowing the regular performance of the equipment so as to improve the production efficiency.
