起搏通道标记异常的起搏心电图分析

摘　　要：动态心电图起搏通道标记给起搏心电图分析带来许多方便,但当标记异常(即漏标记或误标记)时,可能导致误诊。本文选取了起搏通道标记异常的3个病例,通过分析起搏器的时间间期、计时方式、AV间期的变化及图形特征等,判定起搏器的基本功能以及起搏通道的标记情况。根据起搏通道的标记情况,可以更快地熟悉起搏器功能,快速识别起搏器品牌,从而为临床起搏器植入术后管理提供参考。The ambulatory electrocardiography pacemaker channel marking brings much convenience to the analysis of pacemaker electrocardiograms.However,abnormal markings(missed or incorrect marking)may lead to misdiagnosis.This article selects three cases with abnormal pacemaker channel markings,and determines basic functions of the pacemaker and marking situation of the pacemaker channel by analyzing the time interval,timing method,AV interval changes,graphic features of the pacemaker and so on.Based on the marking situation of pacemaker channel,it is possible to get familiar with the pacemaker functions more quickly and rapidly identify the pacemaker􀆳s brand in order to provide references for postoperative management of clinical pacemaker implantation.
