摘　　要：目的探讨高位右胸导联检出Ⅰ型Brugada波对Brugada综合征(Brugada syndrome,BrS)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析28例在常规心电图检查中检出Brugada波或疑似Brugada波的患者,对其中10例应用高位右侧胸前导联(试验组),其余18例仅行常规心电图检查(对照组)。比较两组Ⅰ型Brugada波的检出率。结果试验组中6例患者心电图检出Ⅰ型Brugada波,检出率60.0%;对照组中4例患者检出Ⅰ型Brugada波,检出率22.2%。结论高位右侧胸前导联对Ⅰ型Brugada波的检出率更高,为诊断BrS提供了必要条件。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of typeⅠBrugada wave detected from high right precordial lead in the diagnosis of Brugada syndrome(BrS).Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 28 patients with Brugada wave or suspected Brugada wave in routine ECG examination.High right precordial lead was additionally applied in 10 of them(experimental group)while the remained 18 cases only performed routine ECG examination(control group).The incidence of typeⅠBrugada wave was compared between the two groups.Results TypeⅠBrugada wave is detected in 6 patients of the experimental group,with a detection rate of 60.0%while Brugada wave is found in 4 cases of the control group,with a detection rate of 22.2%.Conclusion The detection rate of typeⅠBrugada wave is higher with high right precordial lead,which provides a necessary condition for BrS diagnosis.
